Fearfully and Wonderfully Created

What is hanging around my workshop? I love making my own beads. Where I live and when I set up to sell at Arts and Crafts Shows, the main theme I always hear is, " Your jewelry and beads are so unique, colorful and different". Of course I always give God the credit because all gifts come from Him. Find your own creative voice, don't worry what it looks like and whether it is or isn't as good as someone elses work. My work is all my own and I am on a creative journey. I am fearfully and wonderfully created by God and so are you. So create, fearfully and wonderfully and enjoy your own artistic journey. You can do it!

Salt and Pepper Pinache

GOOD MORNING! I apologize I didn't have the opportunity to post any of my delectibles or should I say collectibles on yesterday. With my husbands encouragement I will be adding Home Decor Items to my line as well as some wall and collage art.

Okay, I digress, this rich looking jewel reminds me of one of my all-time favorite movies, "Gladiator". The star of the movie played by Russell Crowe, was refined, a little rough around the edges but regal and a man of great character. There is nothing more beautiful than a huge chunk of turquoise. Even those of who have never been to the Southwest just love the look of this stone. Paired with these gorgeous red coral beads(faux coral in order to preserve our oceans)=), the reults are stunning. I am always stopped and asked where I get my jewelry from. And of course I always proudly say, "I made it, here is my card".
